We provide services to Self, Plan and Agency managed participants for their core supports, capacity building, social and community access. Our motivation is to make your life easier and more fulfilling.

When support or help is required, Trusted Home Care aims to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

We will ensure you have choice and control to select the services and support workers to match, , whilst allowing you to carry on your daily routines.

Our Support Workers are compassionate, understanding and remain updated on care requirements and changes throughout the disability sector.

The NDIS is complex and confusing, so having the right direction will enable you to get the most from your entitlements.
Trusted Home Care can support by:

  • Support you to understand and access the NDIS.

  • Facilitate access to services that meet your needs and help achieve your plan goals.

  • Work with you to match the right support staff to your care needs.

  • Ensure your choice and control is sustained in making any decision to utilise to Trusted Home Care, for your support needs.

  • Consult with you on choosing a provider, however, we believe that Trusted Home Care can provide you with every care need you require.
